GLOBAL COMMONS alliance THE EARTH COMMISSION > web DESIGN
I was invited to design a website about climate change and a way to take action and fight it. The assignment included the design of the overall page layout down to specific info graphics and animations.
red bull & BDA creative > MOTION GRAPHICS
BDA Creative in Munich was asking me to come up with some fresh ideas for a new map design for Red Bull's shows. The brief was to "do something different with maps"
WORLD POPULATION HISTORY > WEB DESIGN
I was invited to design a webpage that depicts the world's population growth over time. A lot of different data went into this one. I was designing the overall layout as well as icons and statistics.
SIEMENS DIRECTOR'S CLUB > EVENT DESIGN
Siemens asked me to come up with the design for their Director's Club summit in Hong Kong. I learned that Hong Kong's flag depicts a stylized orchid and decided to use the five-petaled flower as the overall visual concept for the summit.
I designed style frames for welcome screen animations as well as an opener and a series of info graphics. Siemens used the style frames as visual guide for their animations that they produced back in Germany.
PBS American umpire > MOTION GRAPHICS
I was asked to design and animate a main title sequence as well as infographics for the PBS documentary American Umpire. The film, narrated by renowned journalist Jim Lehrer, explores the historical foundation of American foreign intervention.
